Data collected

When you use the website and place orders, we collect: identity (first name, last name), contact details (postal address, e-mail, phone), order and delivery information, and payment data (handled by our payment providers and not stored by us). Browsing data may be collected via cookies (see the "Cookie policy").

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing, tracking and delivering orders — performance of the contract.
• Customer service and complaints handling — performance of the contract / legitimate interest.
• Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
• Sending commercial information and newsletters — consent.
• Improving the website and measuring audience — consent (cookies).

Recipients

Data is intended for the Seller and its processors strictly necessary to the service: host (Shopify), payment providers, carriers. No data is sold to third parties.

Retention period

Customer data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with legal time limits (in particular accounting obligations). Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn, and for a maximum of three (3) years after the last contact.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (including Shopify) may process data outside the EU. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
